When can I expect my trash and recycling to be collected?
Trash and recycling collection begins at 6:00 AM. We recommend that carts(s) either be placed at the curb the night before, or by 5:30 AM on the day of pick up. If your trash is not out when the driver passes your stop, they cannot come back. Household trash should be bagged and placed in trash carts. Please do not place trash cans in front of the mailbox.
My trash did not get picked up. How can I report this and request another pick up?
Our trucks are equipped with GPS to help with any confusion regarding missed pick ups. If you feel that we missed your location, we will be able to tell you whether or not we have already been there and at what time. To request a new pick up, please contact us or call us at (215) 675-8000.
Which holidays will interrupt my service and what are our office hours?

Where can I sign up for paperless billing, or pay my bill online?
To pay your bill, visit our billing center or contact us to sign up for paperless billing. You must select the "Online Bill Pay" option from the dropdown and enter your email. This takes up to 5 business days to go into effect.

All Medical wastes such as sharps, bandaged, dressings and chemotherapy
treated waste needs to be handled by special care. Please note that if you
have had recent radioactive treatments for cancer or leukemia, your bodily
fluid also has radiation in it for up to a week. Thus any tissues, toilet paper
or personal hygiene products will also be radioactive. PLEASE DO NOT THROW
THESE ITEMS AWAY. They must be handled with extreme care and by trained individuals.

What does residential pick up with recycling include?
We provide to each residential customer (1) Leck trash cart that has wheels and a
lid
(1) additional trash cart may be provided and used by each resident if they wish
to do so. It must be of equal or lesser size than ours and may not have a competitors
name on it. In lieu of an additional trash cart you may place 3-4 bags of trash
at the curb. We also provide each residential customer with (1) Leck recycling
cart that has wheels and a lid.
What are the weight restrictions on trash or recycling carts placed at the curb?
Any (1) cart may not weigh more than 50 pounds. Although many of our trucks are equipped with a lifting arm, our men still have to help the lifting arm. Any cart too heavy for one man to lift will not be taken. Please note that any waste from construction projects including dirt, rocks, tile, bricks, cinder blocks or drywall are among the items that should not be dumped in the trash truck. Guidelines for yard waste collection
Four bags or bundles of yard waste are included with each pick up. Extra
bags can be scheduled for removal at $1.00 for each extra
bag. Branches and sticks must be bundled and tied in
3-foot lengths. If you have more than 4 bags or bundles,
and would like them removed in one pick up, please call
(215) 675-8000 or contact us online to make arrangements.

Yard waste may be loose in any container that is clearly marked "Yard
Waste".
All Yard waste containers must be 40 lbs or less.
All branches must be tied or bundled with string.
Branches must be less then 2 inches in diameter and shorter
then 4 feet in length.

How do I sort my items for Recyclebank pick up?
We provide to each residential customer with (1) Leck recycling cart that has wheels and a yellow lid for you to place all of your recyclables. These items include: Cardboard, office paper, magazines, junk mail, aluminum cans, tin cans, metal/aerosol cans, glass bottles and plastic containers #1 - #7. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEPARATE ANY OF YOUR RECYCLABE ITEMS.
Recycling: Other helpful hints
• Please remove all lids, caps, and closures.
• Rinse all containers before putting them in recycle
bin.
• Step on soda and milk bottles to reduce their size.
• Please be sure not to put any trash in the recycle bin.
How can I claim my Recyclebank rewards?
Activate your on-line account with an e-mail and password to order your
rewards via the web at www.Recyclebank.com, or call 1.888.727.2978. On-line
rewards are available upon signup through the website, or will be sent
via e-mail for your immediate use. Please note many reward partners require
that their rewards be sent to you through USPS standard mail.
Mailed rewards are sent 1st class. If it has been more than 10 business days
since you placed your rewards order, contact customercare@recyclebank.com or call 1.888.727.2978.
I need help selecting the right dumpster size for my business.
We offer Rear Load and Front Load dumpsters in a variety of sizes. Visit our handy Dumpster

Is pick up available on Saturdays?
Delivery, removal or exchanges scheduled on Saturdays are limited and an additional $25.00 fee will be added to your bill. Out of area deliveries are subject to a $25.00 fee.
When is payment due for roll-off dumpsters?
Due at time of delivery, Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover. All containers have a $72.00 per ton charge for weights over the limits show for Roll-off containers below. Please note that all cubic yards are accurate but dimensions may vary slightly because of the manufacturer.
How long can I rent a roll-off container?
All containers are rented for 7 days, unless special arrangements are made in advance. We reserve the right to charge a daily overage charge everyday starting on the 8th day. Daily overage rates range from $10.00 to $30.00 per day. Regular customers are granted a pick up schedule.
Helpful hints for selecting the right roll-off dumpster size.
• Shingles: Standard 3-tab shingle: 3 bundles per square. (1sq. Covers 100 sq.ft. and weighs 200-250 lbs.) 20-26 squares of shingles fit into a 12 yard container.
• Concrete: Only sizes we allow for concrete are 10, 12 or 15 yard.
• Dirt: 1 cubic yard of dirt or brick weighs approximately 1 ton. Only sizes we allow for dirt are 10, 12 or 15 yard.
